Adjoint of a matrix :-
The adjoint of a matrix is used to calculate the inverse of a matrix which is very easy to understand for students. Adjugate matrix is another name of adjoint matrix. An adjoint matrix is useful in applications where an inverse matrix cannot be defined and you have to find adjoint of a matrix for finding the inverse of a matrix.
What is an Adjoint of a Matrix?
Short-hand :- The adjoint of a matrix is obtained by taking the transpose of the Cofactor elements of the given Minor of a matrix. The adjoint of a square matrix A is denoted by Adj (A).(Only For Remembering)
Find Adj of a matrix you have to remember 3 things :-
1)Find the minor matrix M of all the elements of matrix B.
2)Find the cofactor matrix C of all the minor elements of matrix M.
3)Find the adj B by taking the transpose of the cofactor matrix C.
